[Regarding Changes to the Guidelines for Accepting External Students]

We have revised TSO’s guidelines for accepting external students as follows.

Physicians, dentists, and osteopaths who meet WHO standards may now freely enroll in various courses, including Biodynamics, without enrolling as full-time students at TSO.

In addition, graduates of the following educational institutions (Type 2: holders of national licenses) are also eligible to enroll:

– Japan Traditional Osteopathy College (JTOC)

– Still Academy Japan

– Atlas Osteopathy Academy

– Japan College of Osteopathy (JCO)

– International Osteopathic College Japan (IOCJ)

– A. Still Sutherland Osteopathic Study Group (ASSOSG)

On the other hand, Type 1 applicants (those without a national license) are subject to individual review. As a general guideline, applicants will be deemed to meet the criteria if they can demonstrate a total of 4,200 hours of coursework and 1,000 hours of clinical practice.

Please note that tuition fees for external students are 30% higher than those for current TSO students.

Important: TSO does not issue diplomas (certificates of completion) to external students.

Further details regarding these guidelines will be provided as necessary in the future.
