They may then advance to specialized coursework and clinical training, with the aim of achieving the WHO-recommended total of 4,200 hours of education, including 1,000 hours of clinical practice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Type II (Applicants holding a national healthcare qualification):<\/strong> Taking prior professional education into account, students may follow an accelerated curriculum of approximately 2,000 hours, including a minimum of 200 hours of new supervised clinical training, enabling them to work toward a WHO-compliant Diploma in Osteopathy (D.O.) within approximately three years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mode of instruction:<\/strong> Teaching is delivered through a combination of online and in-person classes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Curricular emphasis:<\/strong> Students have the opportunity to study Biodynamic Osteopathy as founded by James Jealous, D.O.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Faculty:<\/strong> Courses are taught by instructors certified in Biodynamics, including the Dean and Head of School, Stephen Kisiel, D.O.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recognition of prior learning:<\/strong> Coursework completed at previously attended osteopathic institutions, as well as relevant hours from prior seminars and programs, may be recognized toward program requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<div class=\"swell-block-button is-style-more_btn\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tso.ac\/en\/about#yakuin\" class=\"swell-block-button__link\"><span>MORE<\/span><\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:60px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"swell-block-fullWide pc-py-20 sp-py-40 alignfull\" style=\"background-color:#fff1e3\"><div class=\"swell-block-fullWide__inner l-article\">\n<p class=\"headline\">Admission Information<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Admissions for this year have closed.
